Recommended dosage

Mix a dose of 20 g (1 measuring scoop) with 250–300 ml of water and use in the morning on an empty stomach. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. After opening, store at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C and use within 2 months. Shake before use.
